Terms of Use

By using the SahaGol platform (web and mobile app) you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

1. Parties

Between Parpali Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("SahaGol") and you as the user ("User").

2. The service

SahaGol is a platform for turf-pitch reservation, team building, social feed, digital wallet, tournament organization and messaging. Businesses list pitches; players make reservations.

3. Membership and account

• Membership is free; do not share your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
• Protecting your password is your responsibility.
• We may suspend or close accounts with suspicious activity.

4. Usage rules

• No unlawful content.
• No harassment, threats or hate speech.
• No reverse engineering, automated requests, or security bypass attempts.
• No fake reservations or bot usage — against the fair-play principle.

5. Payment and refund

Payments are processed via iyzico 3D Secure. Refund rules are explained on the Refund Policy page. For distance-selling terms, see the Distance Sales Agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The platform and its content (logo, software, copy) belong to SahaGol. No reproduction, distribution or commercial use without permission. User content (posts, comments) belongs to the user; by using the platform you grant SahaGol a license to use that content to operate the service.

7. Limitation of liability

SahaGol is not liable for pitch quality, disputes between venue owner and player, or issues outside the platform. The service is offered "as-is"; temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Account closure

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. If you have active reservations or open payments, settle them first.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
