Refund Policy

This policy regulates the cancellation and refund terms for reservations made via SahaGol. A venue may set a different policy for specific reservations; if so, it is clearly shown on the reservation page.
1. Standard cancellation windows
- More than 24 hours before match time: full refund (excluding iyzico commissions — bank refund window is 3-14 business days).
- 12–24 hours before match time: 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours before match time: no refund.
2. Exceptions (force majeure)
If the match is cancelled by the venue due to force majeure (weather, natural disaster, public-health measures), the amount is refunded in full or added to your SahaGol wallet if you prefer.
3. Refund method
- Card payments are refunded to the original card. Bank reflection may take 3-14 business days.
- Wallet payments are refunded to the wallet instantly.
4. Partial refunds
If the roster cannot be filled and the reservation falls through, players who paid receive an automatic full refund.
5. How to request a refund
- Open the reservation detail in the app or web portal.
- Tap "Cancel" or "Request refund".
- For force majeure or edge cases, email destek@sahagol.com — we reply within 24 hours.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, leisure-time services for a specific date do not grant a statutory right of withdrawal. The windows above are SahaGol's commercial refund allowance.
