Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form is prepared to inform the consumer under Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation and Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, together with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. The Distance Sales Agreement is formed after the consumer reads and electronically approves this Form.

SahaGol acts as an "intermediary service provider" under Law No. 6563. The actual seller of the reservation fee is the venue operator; SahaGol provides the platform and payment facilitation services.

2. Subject and Essential Characteristics

  • Purchase of a reservation right for a selected venue, date and time window through the platform.
  • Optional tournament entry, subscription plans and wallet top-ups are also covered.
  • The venue name, date, time and total amount are clearly shown on the reservation screen. Prices include VAT.

3. Total Price and Payment

  • The total price is clearly disclosed before confirmation. All prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
  • Payment is collected instantly via the 3D Secure infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. Card data is not stored on SahaGol servers.
  • If 3D verification or collection fails, no contract is formed and no amount is captured from the consumer's card.

4. Delivery and Performance

The service is digital; upon payment confirmation the reservation is finalized and an electronic confirmation (in-app notification and/or email) is delivered to the consumer. Performance is completed when the venue is made available at the selected date and time.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts concerning leisure time services to be performed on a specific date or period do not grant a right of withdrawal.

Notwithstanding this, SahaGol offers partial or full refunds within specific time windows (24/12/2 hours before the reservation start) under its Refund Policy. Force majeure is assessed separately.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at their place of residence or purchase. Monetary thresholds are updated annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
  • Card payment disputes may also be raised via the chargeback process through the issuing bank or iyzico pursuant to Law No. 5464 on Bank Cards and Credit Cards.

7. Commercial Electronic Communications

Under Law No. 6563, campaign/promotional commercial electronic messages are not sent without the consumer's explicit consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via "Account > Notification Preferences".

8. Effectiveness

This Form takes effect upon the consumer checking the "I have read and approve the Preliminary Information Form" box on the payment screen; the Distance Sales Agreement is then formed. The Form is stored electronically in "My Orders" within the consumer's account.
