Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

Seller / intermediary service provider:Parpali Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("SahaGol").
Buyer: The consumer who creates a reservation on the SahaGol platform.

Note:The principal seller of the reservation fee is the venue operator. SahaGol acts as the "intermediary service provider" under Law No. 6563.

2. Subject

Regulation of the rights and obligations arising from the electronic purchase and use of the service for the venue, time and date indicated at the reservation step.

3. Essential characteristics of the service

• The Buyer initiates the transaction by accepting the venue, date, time and price.
• Prices include VAT. The amount is clearly shown on the reservation screen.
• Payment is collected via iyzico 3D Secure. Card data is not stored on SahaGol servers.

4. Formation of the contract

The Agreement is deemed concluded when the Buyer clicks "Confirm Payment", completes 3D Secure verification and the amount is successfully collected.

5. Invoicing

The reservation invoice is issued by the relevant venue operator and shared electronically with the Buyer. If required, invoice details are collected during reservation.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, services related to leisure time for a specific date do not grant a right of withdrawal. However, SahaGol may provide refunds under specific conditions per its Refund Policy.

7. Disputes

For consumer complaints, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the place of residence or purchase. Monetary thresholds are updated annually by the Turkish Ministry of Customs and Trade.

8. Effectiveness

The Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval and terminates upon performance. A copy is sent to the Buyer's email address.
