Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your SahaGol account and all associated data, follow the steps below. Once completed, your account and data cannot be restored.

1. Delete from within the app

1. Open the SahaGol app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap the Settings icon.
4. Tap "Delete my account".
5. On the confirmation screen, tap "Permanently delete my account".

2. Request deletion via email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@sahagol.com stating the phone number registered to your account. Your request will be processed within 30 days and the outcome will be communicated back to you.

3. Data that will be deleted

• Profile information (name, phone, email).
• Reservation history.
• Team memberships.
• Chat messages.
• Social posts.
• Player ratings.
• Wallet balance and transaction history.

Records required to be retained under tax, invoicing and commercial law are kept for the statutory period and processed solely to meet those legal obligations.

4. Important notes

• Account deletion is irreversible.
• If your wallet has a balance, we recommend submitting a refund request before deleting your account; balance on a deleted account cannot be refunded.
• If you have active (future-dated) reservations, please cancel them before requesting deletion.
